Develop, maintain, and optimise maintenance plans, schedules, and shutdown programs to maximise asset availability, reliability, and maintenance efficiency.
Maintain the integrity of asset master data, maintenance strategies, bills of materials, equipment hierarchies, and work management systems.

Ensure maintenance plans, job instructions, task lists, and resource requirements remain current, accurate, and aligned with operational priorities.
Monitor schedule compliance, backlog management, labour utilisation, and planning effectiveness, implementing corrective actions as required.

Collaborate with Operations, Projects, Supply, and contractor partners to align maintenance priorities, optimise resource allocation, and minimise operational disruptions.
Manage and optimise maintenance budgets, contractor performance, labour resources, and material requirements to achieve cost-effective maintenance outcomes.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance planning, shutdown execution, reliability programs, and work management processes.
Prepare and communicate maintenance performance reports, analysing key metrics and trends to support informed decision-making and continuous operational improvement.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Business Management, or a related discipline. OR Trade Qualification in a Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
Frontline Management, Leadership, or Supervisory qualification (desirable).
Current "C" Class Driver's Licence.
Training or certification in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, or asset management (desirable).
Minimum 10 years' experience in fixed plant, process plant, or mining maintenance environments, including at least 5 years in a senior planning, supervisory, or leadership role.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing maintenance plans for crushing, grinding, processing, and associated fixed plant assets.
Proven success in improving maintenance efficiency, equipment reliability, and plant availability through effective planning and work management practices.
Extensive experience coordinating major shutdowns, maintenance campaigns, and contractor activities within operational environments.
Experience managing maintenance budgets, labour resources, spare parts, and contractor performance to achieve operational and cost objectives.
Strong background in CMMS administration, maintenance strategy development, backlog management, and asset lifecycle planning.
