Your roleReview and approve maintenance plans and schedules submitted by the D&B contractor to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the contractor's maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and safety of the metro rail systems.Coordinate with the D&B contractor to integrate maintenance considerations into the project design and construction phases.Monitor the contractor's adherence to maintenance policies, procedures, and protocols.Analyze maintenance data provided by the contractor to identify trends and areas for improvement.Support the Project Director with insights and challenges related to the maintenance regime considerations by the D&B contractors.Prepare and present reports from a maintenance perspective as part of the regular reporting mechanism to project stakeholders and senior management and the client.Ensure compliance with all relevant maintenance regulations and standards.Provide training and support to project staff on maintenance best practices and procedures.
