Position Overview
Lead development, customization, integration, maintenance, and optimization of Magento 2.x e-commerce platforms.
Work with cross-functional, UI/UX, product, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, maintain, and optimize Magento 2.x websites, multiple store views, web applications, and responsive websites.
- Handle Magento frontend and backend development, including themes, interfaces, modules, extensions, and platform features.
- Build reusable PHP modules with object-oriented programming principles and Magento APIs.
- Customize Magento functionality through custom modules, extensions, and third-party or API integrations.
- Manage Magento modules, interfaces, APIs, data storage, external integrations, architecture, configurations, and website features.
- Perform version and module upgrades, patches, and security updates while minimizing business disruption.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support and system maintenance.
- Optimize performance through caching, indexing, database optimization, and other Magento best practices.
- Migrate websites between servers or environments and support deployment activities.
- Manage authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Work with UI/UX developers to implement accurate and responsive themes and interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews, perform gap and data analysis, and collaborate in Agile planning, documentation, and delivery.
