Role Overview
Join RBC's GenAI and Mobile team to build production-grade GenAI applications and proof-of-concepts.
Develop and deploy large-scale GenAI applications for enterprise use cases across diverse business lines.
Work with modern AI frameworks, varied datasets, and cloud-native platforms in a cross-functional team.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize advanced GenAI and AI solutions with measurable business impact.
- Optimize and deploy ML models and AI agents using modern frameworks and scalable engineering practices.
- Conduct prompt engineering, model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Build ML infrastructure including data pipelines, model-serving endpoints, monitoring systems, and deployment workflows.
- Implement RAG systems using vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
- Develop agentic AI workflows with multi-step reasoning, tool use, and orchestration.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Write maintainable code using code reviews, testing, documentation, and version control.
- Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and contribute to technical and architectural decisions.
- Apply responsible AI practices for bias, explainability, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Document technical solutions, architectures, and processes for team scalability.
