Join RBC’s GenAI and Mobile team to build production-grade GenAI applications and proof-of-concepts across diverse business lines.
Develop and deploy large-scale GenAI applications for enterprise use cases across a cross-functional organization.
Work with modern AI frameworks, varied datasets, and cloud-native platforms on medium- to high-complexity initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize advanced GenAI and AI solutions that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact.
- Optimize and deploy machine learning models and AI agents using modern frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Conduct prompt engineering, model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance optimization for production GenAI systems.
- Build and maintain production-grade ML infrastructure, including data pipelines, model serving endpoints, monitoring systems, and automated deployment workflows.
- Implement RAG systems using vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval techniques.
- Develop agentic AI workflows with multi-step reasoning, tool use, and orchestration.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.
- Write maintainable, well-documented code using code reviews, testing, and version control.
