Role Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop high-level solution architectures and collaborate with big-data engineers and decision science analysts to build, test, and assess models.
• Develop code and build models according to project requirements.
• Interpret results and communicate insights to clients that lead to measurable business impact.
• Build deep client relationships by understanding stated and latent needs.
• Mentor junior machine learning engineers.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery managers for effective communication and delivery.
• Research sales opportunities, generate leads, and perform target identification and classification.

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques.
• Expertise in logistic regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, multivariate regression, statistical modeling, and predictive analysis.
• Previous experience working on Generative AI projects.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL development.
• Hands-on experience with natural language processing use cases and large language models.
