Lobo Logistics is seeking a Senior Logistics Operator to join our field operations team.

The Senior Logistics Operator will strive to provide best-in-class sand logistics services to Lobo's clients and carriers, working within a team environment to safely operate, organize, and support proppant movements from mine to blender.

Strong performers who demonstrate leadership and complete the required trainings and competency checks will be considered for advancement to Logistics Supervisor.

What does a Senior Logistics Operator do?

• Operate and maintain sand delivery systems and equipment (conveyor belts, industrial equipment)
• Operate industrial-size forklifts, including Taylor XH360L
• Rigging up and down
• Offloading commodities
• Daily checklists and general maintenance
• Manage critical spare inventory
• BOL tracking and ordering
• Proficient single and multi-commodity inventory tracking
• Provide support in ordering commodity loads
• Clear and precise communication with Lobo coordinators on field conditions
• Carrier/driver support and trailer inspections
• Basic coordination support
• Demonstrate strong communications with Logistics Supervisor
