- Supervise cutting, shaping, and finishing of limestone elements
- Manage production of hundreds of custom stone units with consistent quality
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams
- Ensure correct handling of stone to prevent cracking, breakage, and defects
- Oversee surface finishes (honed, bush hammered, sandblasted, acid washed)
- Monitor dimensional accuracy and installation tolerances
