About the Role
Maple is hiring a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to own strategy and execution of user communications across the full journey. You will build multi-channel campaigns, drive A/B testing, and partner with Product and Data teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, development, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing across the full member journey
- Build and optimize multi channel journeys across email, SMS, push, and in app for consumer, employer, and partner audiences
- Turn customer insights, behavioral data, and experimentation into scalable programs that grow LTV, lift retention, and improve activation
- Partner cross functionally with Product Management, Data, and Business Development to deliver personalized experiences
- Design and run a rigorous A/B testing roadmap
- Shape segmentation strategy, measurement framework, and reporting infrastructure
Requirements
- 7+ years of lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing experience
- Track record of building and optimizing lifecycle programs in subscription, marketplace, SaaS, digital health, or consumer tech
- Deep hands on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Customer.io or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
- Experience designing and running A/B testing programs end to end
- Sharp cross functional collaboration and stakeholder skills
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Ability to translate customer insights into scalable programs
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industry (nice to have)
- Subscription business experience (nice to have)
- SQL or advanced analytics experience (nice to have)
- Familiarity with CDPs and customer journey orchestration tools (nice to have)

The role
- Maple is Canada's leading on demand healthcare platform connecting patients with licensed doctors and specialists.
- The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will own strategy and execution of communications across the entire user journey.
Your responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and win back.
- Build and optimize multi channel journeys using marketing automation platform.
- Turn customer insights and experimentation into scalable programs.
- Partner cross functionally with Product, Data, and Business Development.
- Design and run A/B testing roadmap.
- Shape segmentation strategy, measurement framework, and reporting infrastructure.
What success looks like
- In first 90 days: audit existing programs, review funnel performance, build lifecycle roadmap.
- Over 12 18 months: build scalable processes, playbooks, and reporting infrastructure.
- Success measured by conversion, retention, churn, LTV, and revenue attributable to lifecycle.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing experience.
- Track record in subscription, marketplace, SaaS, digital health, or consumer tech.
