- Proven experience in teaching and research at university level

- Exposure to Mechatronics (preferred)
- Track record of scholarly research and peer reviewed publications (desirable)

Role Overview
- We are seeking Senior Lecturers / Lecturers in Mechanical Engineering to teach, mentor, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programmes.

Qualifications and Experience
- Essential: A PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience in teaching and research at the University level.
- Exposure to Mechatronics, preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Evidence of commitment to high quality teaching, learning, and student success.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Desirable: A track record of scholarly research and peer reviewed publications.
- Experience in curriculum design, module leadership, and quality assurance.
- Experience supervising research projects at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Engagement in consultancy, innovation, or applied industry projects.
- Involvement in programme development or accreditation processes.
