Responsibilities
- Lead leasing activities for Rana Group’s real estate and industrial assets, focusing on maximizing occupancy, revenue, and long term tenant relationships.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies, manage lease negotiations from inquiry to contract signing.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate lease documentation.
- Manage lease administration processes, tracking renewals and expirations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, preparing reports and forecasts for leadership.
- Oversee property presentation and readiness, partnering with property management on tenant move ins and fit outs.
- Drive tenant retention initiatives through proactive communication and service.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new leasing opportunities and participating in client meetings.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing plans to meet revenue targets for smart manufacturing solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B Sales/Marketing, ideally within manufacturing, industrial tech, or FMCG within the UAE/RAKEZ
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, strategic planning, leadership, and data analysis skills
- Deep understanding of RAKEZ Free Zone dynamics, company setup, and industrial market drivers
- Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Knowledge of Leases and real estate contracts
- Expertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, including market trends and financial analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organizational and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements in the real estate sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a senior or managerial real estate role

- Rana Group is a UAE based industrial conglomerate developing the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub in Ras Al Khaimah.
- The hub spans 335 acres and will host around 150 large industries focused on green technologies.
Role Description
- The Senior Leasing Manager will lead leasing activities for Rana Group’s real estate and industrial assets.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai/Ras Al Khaimah.
