Role Overview

Leasing Responsibilities

• Manage leasing inquiries and act as the first contact for prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and provide professional customer service.
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry and viewing through application, contract signing, and move-in.
• Follow up with prospective tenants and negotiate rental terms to close deals.
• Prepare, review, and maintain tenancy and lease documentation.
• Create and manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and other relevant platforms.

Market and Team Coordination

• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote vacant units through online and social media channels.
• Monitor rental rates, market trends, competitors, and tenant demand to support leasing strategies.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure vacant units are viewing-ready.
• Work with Property Management, Maintenance, Finance, and Legal teams on leasing operations.
• Monitor occupancy and leasing performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare leasing, occupancy, and market analysis reports for management.
• Provide guidance to junior leasing team members and support departmental targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Have at least five years of relevant experience in Sharjah real estate and leasing.
• Have strong knowledge of the Sharjah rental and property market.
• Demonstrate a proven record in leasing, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Possess strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, leadership, team-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Understand leasing processes and tenancy documentation.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Work independently and meet leasing and occupancy targets.
• Be proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Have strong computer skills and familiarity with Bayut and Dubizzle.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
