Job Description: We are seeking a highly engaged and experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our Global L&D team.

This role is responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that strengthen manager capability, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve employee engagement across a global workforce, in line with business goals and strategies.

• Design and develop engaging learning content for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning formats aligned with organizational priorities.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual manager training programs, learning workshops, and development sessions.
• Lead the delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of core learning programs.
• Partner with internal teams to create learning and HR-related content for employee-facing platforms.
