The Learning & Development Training Manager (Adviser Development) is responsible for designing, delivering and continuously enhancing adviser-focused learning programmes that develop high-performing advisers across Fairstone.
The role's primary focus is to strengthen adviser capability through ongoing skills development, targeted coaching interventions and continuous professional development, enabling advisers to build trusted client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
A key priority is the delivery of high-quality training that equips advisers with the interpersonal and professional skills required for success, including effective communication, active listening, relationship management and professional client interactions.
In addition, the role oversees the delivery of a structured adviser induction programme, ensuring new advisers are confidently onboarded, quickly integrated into the business and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to engage clients effectively from the outset.

Experience within financial services or regulated environments with DipFA with a strong understanding of financial planning and adviser-based roles
Experience in delivering adviser or client-facing training programmes
Strong facilitation, coaching and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical learning content

Strong stakeholder management skills
