Job Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver adviser training programmes, assess competence through coaching and performance evaluation and provide recommendations for progression to live client-facing roles, ensuring advisers meet agreed capability and quality standards prior to formal sign-off.
• Deliver engaging, blended learning experiences that develop adviser knowledge, communication, relationship management and client engagement skills.
• Develop and maintain practical, performance-focused learning content that reflects business objectives, regulatory requirements, products, processes and client experience standards.
• Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness using performance data, learner feedback and stakeholder insights, implementing continuous improvements where required.
• Partner with operational leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps, prioritise learning needs and support adviser development across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate training delivery, maintain accurate learning records and reporting and promote a culture of continuous learning and high professional standards.
