Bring big programs to life , from hackathons and AI workshops to conferences and recruiting initiatives, creating moments that energize the engineering organization.

Enable engineering growth and learning: Evolve onboarding for engineers, intern/co-op programs, peer technical learning forums, and career development frameworks tailored for engineering roles.

Strengthen engineering culture: Champion initiatives that celebrate engineering milestones, foster collaboration across teams, and create a productive in-office environment that builds morale across the organization

Amplify our technical brand: Partner with Talent Acquisition to support technical recruiting, employer branding efforts, and process improvements that highlight Engineering’s impact.

Anticipate technical and organizational challenges, remove barriers, and create solutions that allow engineering leaders and teams to focus on building and shipping.

10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategy within a fast-paced environment (ideally SaaS or high-growth tech).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results across complex, cross-functional programs.

Strong project management skills with fluency in tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience driving org-level programs such as onboarding, training, hackathons, or cultural initiatives.

Strategic thinker who can connect big-picture goals with day-to-day execution.

Highly adaptable, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
