Responsibilities
- Prepare production ready artwork for large format printing
- Review and optimize client artwork before production
- Create print ready files for vinyl graphics, flex banners, fabric prints, exhibition graphics, wallpapers, stickers, signage materials, and promotional branding materials
- Manage RIP workflows and print production processes
- Coordinate with machine operators and finishing teams
- Ensure print quality and production accuracy
- Support and guide junior designers and print operators
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in large format digital printing, signage production, advertising production, or exhibition and event graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
- Experience with RIP software (Caldera or ONYX preferred)
- Strong understanding of CMYK printing and color management
- Knowledge of vector/raster artwork preparation
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to work under tight production deadlines
