Senior L3 Systems Engineer

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Senior Information Technology Application Support Analyst (Level 3 Support) to join our Global Technical Application Support organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and deep diagnostics for our cutting-edge Digital Solutions applications deployed on cloud services, ensuring maximum stability and performance for our commercial and United States government clients.

You will join a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to maintaining application excellence, driving continuous improvement, and supporting critical digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will:

Lead complex technical diagnostics and incident resolution : Take end-to-end ownership of critical application incidents by performing root cause analysis, managing deep diagnostics, and maintaining strong client relationships until full resolution is achieved.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive platform performance : Work directly with Engineering, Development Operations (DevOps), Product Owners, and Sales teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance platform stability and scalability, and seamlessly onboard new clients onto the digital solutions ecosystem.
