Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance, identify areas for growth, and strengthen partnerships
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals through effective pipeline management and strategic account planning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of services and exceptional client satisfaction
- Negotiate service agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and mutual benefit for both the company and the client
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the import freight forwarding sector, focusing on key target markets and industries
