- Deliver exceptional customer service and confidently close sales
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Build long term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Provide expert product knowledge on gold jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and custom made jewelry
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and luxury display standards
- Support inventory management, stock counts, and daily showroom operations
- Guide and support junior sales team members when required

- Minimum 8 years of experience in gold and jewelry retail sales
- Previous experience in a senior showroom sales role
- Strong sales closing and customer relationship management skills

- Century Gold is looking for an experienced Senior Jewelry Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team.
- We are seeking a highly experienced, target driven, and customer focused professional with a strong background in gold and jewelry retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and confidently close sales.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
