Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java and Angular.
• Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into application designs, interfaces, and software solutions.
• Develop and integrate web services, APIs, database interfaces, and distributed application components.
• Support design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities across the software lifecycle.
• Develop solutions using JDBC, ODBC, and direct database interfaces.

Delivery and Collaboration

• Participate in Scrum and Agile activities, peer reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
• Support automated builds, testing, and deployments using Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues in Linux-based environments.
• Create technical documentation, software designs, diagrams, and project status information.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, customers, and stakeholders on mission-focused software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.
• Seven or more years of relevant software development experience, including enterprise web application development and support, is required.
• Strong Java and Angular development experience is required.
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, test automation, DevOps, Linux, database interfaces, and Scrum or Agile is required.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with microservices and micro frontend architectures is desired.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, Puppet, distributed data architectures, ETL tools, REST and SOAP web services, or government architecture review boards is desired.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders is desired.

Compensation

• Salary range is $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
