Responsibilities
- Provide advanced applications programming expertise and ensure application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Guide design standards, development workflow improvements, and product rollouts.
- Plan production releases and oversee software quality and system modifications.
- Coach developers and analysts, allocate work, analyze operational risks, and develop solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet application development and governance standards.
- Resolve complex high-impact problems and manage technology, compliance, and control risks.
