Role Overview
Contract Senior Java Developer role developing and maintaining Java-based applications for business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact software solutions.
The contract duration is flexible based on project needs.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation
- Contract payout is $30 to $90 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Java applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in existing Java applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Document technical specifications and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java 8 or 11 with hands-on Spring Boot experience.
- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
