Job responsibilities

• Be a key member of an Agile team, contributing across the software development lifecycle from design through deployment and support. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions for products and services. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver new features and enhancements. Investigate and resolve complex customer and production issues. Design and document technical solutions, APIs, and system integrations. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices. Contribute to architecture discussions and recommend technology solutions for new initiatives. Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth within the team. Drive improvements in performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications and services. Leverage modern engineering practices, automation, and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery quality. Work independently with minimal guidance while taking ownership of assigned deliverables. Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.
