Responsibilities
- Develop reusable components and services and create high-performance, low-latency applications.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of components.
- Drive architecture and execute the technical strategy and roadmap.
- Coordinate development with technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide third-line support during core trading hours.
- Mentor and lead technical teams, evaluate delivery, delegate work, and build a high-performing team.
- Contribute to solutions with partner teams, users, business analysts, and technology management.
Knowledge and experience
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience is required.
- Experience with a project management methodology and multi-tier application design is required.
- Experience with troubleshooting, performance tuning, messaging, failover design, and recovery planning is required.
