- Design, deploy, and maintain client IT environments.
- Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory services.
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Configure and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper V.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Deploy and support Microsoft Azure environments.
- Implement cloud migration projects.
- Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Configure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Monitor cloud security and compliance requirements.
- Configure and support firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPN solutions.

Requirements
- 5 plus years' experience in a Systems Administrator or Senior Infrastructure role
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
- Strong experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Strong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Strong experience with Exchange Online
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
- Strong experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper V
- Strong experience with Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Strong experience with Firewall technologies
