Entrix is hiring a Senior IT/System Administrator to define IT strategy, administer core platforms like Google Workspace and Sophos, and manage access, hardware, and security. Requires proven experience as an IT Manager or Senior IT Engineer, strong technical depth, and scripting skills.

Responsibilities
- Define our IT strategy and administer core platforms — Google Workspace, Sophos, and key SaaS tools — evolving them as we scale across offices
- Own onboarding/offboarding workflows, access provisioning, and IAM across all systems
- Procure, configure, and distribute devices; ensure enrollment, compliance, patching, and health across all endpoints
- Maintain asset inventory, license tracking, and ITIL aligned processes for incident, change, and asset management
- Partner with People and external vendors to keep IT operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Proven background as an IT Manager or Senior IT Engineer, with a track record of designing and running IT systems across multiple offices
- Strong hands on experience with Apple and Windows devices, IAM, security best practices, and cloud/SaaS environments
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) to automate workflows and reduce manual overhead
- Familiar with ITIL aligned incident and change management, and exposure to compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, REMIT)
- Proactive, security first, and able to operate strategically while executing independently
- C1 Level English
