Job description
Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities for ERP solutions.
Manage customer engagement and the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure.
Roles and responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, customer visits, and market research.
- Understand customer processes and identify ERP solution requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable ERP solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
- Manage sales opportunities through contract closure and follow up on proposals.
- Build relationships with customers and decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for project delivery.
- Maintain sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and customer records.
- Monitor ERP market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Required skills and experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
