Role Overview
Provide technical support and Microsoft 365 administration to users across the UAE, India, Singapore, and future international locations.
Combine end-user support, device management, Microsoft 365 administration, infrastructure support, security support, and IT project delivery.
Support approximately 90 users initially and serve as a senior escalation point for technical issues.
IT Support and Service Delivery
- Provide first- and second-line support for office-based and remote users.
- Escalate and resolve complex technical issues and unresolved service desk tickets.
- Support Microsoft systems, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, networks, VPN, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Deliver support through telephone, email, service desk, remote support, and face-to-face interaction.
- Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer assigned Microsoft 365 services and manage user accounts, groups, licensing, and access requests.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID administrative access through RBAC and Privileged Identity Management.
