Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, image, harden, and maintain Windows Server environments and end user computing devices
- Administer, monitor, and optimize network infrastructure components including switches, wireless, routers, firewalls
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across hardware, OS, applications, network, and cybersecurity
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and Google Workspace for Education
- Provide technical administration and operational support for school MIS platforms
- Manage identity and access management processes across Microsoft and Google ecosystems
- Deploy and support classroom and corporate collaboration technologies including AV systems and conferencing
- Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests in alignment with business impact and SLAs
- Deliver structured end user support across corporate and academic environments
- Ensure compliance with backup, disaster recovery, patch management, and endpoint protection procedures
- Manage software licensing and maintain configuration documentation and asset registers
- Deliver structured user training and knowledge transfer sessions
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience supporting corporate and academic IT environments
- Proven experience with school MIS platforms (SIMS, Bromcom, iSAMS, or equivalent)
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Azure
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Strong experience with Google Workspace for Education administration
- Strong experience with network infrastructure (Layer 2/3 switching, Wi Fi, firewalls, WAN)
- Experience managing end user devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Experience with classroom and corporate AV technologies, interactive displays, conferencing systems
- Working knowledge of endpoint management, IAM, cybersecurity controls, backup and disaster recovery
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Summary
- The Senior IT Support Engineer will provide advanced technical support across corporate and academic environments, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- The role supports school MIS platforms, administers Microsoft and Google education ecosystems, and contributes to strategic IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, image, harden, and maintain Windows Server environments and end user computing devices.
- Administer, monitor, and optimize network infrastructure including switches, wireless, routers, firewalls, VLAN, DHCP/DNS, and WAN connectivity.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across hardware, OS, applications, network, and cybersecurity.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) and Google Workspace for Education.
- Provide technical administration for school MIS platforms such as SIMS, Bromcom, iSAMS.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM) processes across Microsoft and Google ecosystems.
- Deploy and support classroom and corporate AV technologies, interactive displays, and conferencing systems.
- Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Candidate Requirements
