Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and Active Directory.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor servers, storage, backup systems, and network infrastructure.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, system restoration, updates, patches, antivirus, and security checks.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide onsite and remote support across office locations and train junior staff and end users.
- Assist with infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, system improvements, and emergency support.
Preferred Skills
- Windows Server administration is preferred.
- Active Directory and Group Policy experience is preferred.
- Microsoft 365 administration experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN is preferred.
- VMware or Hyper-V virtualization experience is preferred.
- Firewall configuration experience with Fortinet, Sophos, MikroTik, or Cisco is preferred.
- Backup and recovery solutions experience is preferred.
- CCTV, access control, and ELV systems experience is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are preferred.
- Strong documentation and customer service skills are preferred.

- The work location is in person.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.
