Senior IT Support Analyst

Experience in a senior IT support, service desk or desktop support role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.

Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Azure and endpoint management tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and troubleshoot complex issues.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in improving processes and driving positive outcomes.

Relevant industry certifications and experience supporting modern workplace technologies will be highly regarded.
