Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Senior IT Project Manager** to lead complex IT initiatives, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
This role requires a professional with strong expertise in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and leadership.
The Senior IT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and aligning technology with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and international standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, cloud solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
