We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (m f d) who can take ownership of complex technology driven programs and ensure successful delivery across multiple stakeholders.

You will be responsible for aligning business goals with technical execution and ensuring projects are delivered with clarity structure and measurable outcomes.

Program and Project Delivery Lead end to end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects ensuring scope timeline and quality objectives are met

Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams clients and external vendors ensuring consistent communication

Planning and Execution Develop detailed project plans milestones and delivery frameworks aligned with business priorities

Risk and Issue Management Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery stability

Process Governance Ensure adherence to project management standards methodologies and reporting structures across all initiatives

Team Coordination Support cross functional teams by clarifying requirements tracking deliverables and ensuring accountability across workstreams

Experience 6 plus years in IT project management program management or enterprise delivery roles with exposure to large scale implementations

Leadership Skills Proven ability to manage cross functional teams and multiple concurrent projects in fast paced environments

Technical Understanding Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles enterprise systems and digital transformation practices

Communication Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present clearly to senior leadership and clients

Mindset Highly organized results driven and able to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month
