- Lead, plan, and execute multiple medium to large scale IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with PMO to map out project scopes, resource allocation, milestone durations, and cost estimates
- Oversee day to day delivery using standard project management frameworks and tools (Jira, MS Project, issue logs, risk registers)
- Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks
- Apply structured change management methodologies to ease people related impact of new systems and processes
- Design and execute tailored change communication plans to drive stakeholder engagement and technology adoption
- Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders, aligning deliverables with business priorities
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to cross functional team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- MBA or equivalent master's degree highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project management
- At least 2 years in a defined leadership or team management role
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with flawless professional English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Agile/Waterfall management tools, specifically Jira and MS Project
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred

Position Overview
- Looking for a high caliber, bilingual Arabic & English Project Manager to oversee end to end execution of medium to large scale initiatives in a fully remote capacity.
- This role blends traditional IT project governance with structured change management.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead, plan, and execute multiple medium to large scale IT projects, guaranteeing delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- PMO Alignment: Collaborate with PMO to map out project scopes, resource allocation, milestone durations, and cost estimates.
- Tooling & Best Practices: Oversee day to day delivery using standard project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, issue logs, risk registers).
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, complexities, and potential bottlenecks.
- People Centric Change: Apply structured change management methodologies to navigate people related impact of new systems and processes.
- Communication Strategy: Design and execute tailored change communication plans to drive high stakeholder engagement and technology adoption.
- Trusted Liaison: Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders, aligning deliverables with business priorities.
- Feedback Resolution: Coordinate with internal engineering and business teams to resolve feedback, optimize resource deployment, and unblock tasks.
- Satisfaction Tracking: Formulate and conduct stakeholder surveys to gather performance insights.
- People Development: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to cross functional team members.
- Performance Tracking: Establish clear KPIs, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance against project milestones.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline. MBA or equivalent master's degree highly preferred.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP/PRINCE2, PMI RMP, PgMP or TOGAF.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project management, including at least 2 years in a defined leadership or team management role.
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with flawless professional English communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Agile/Waterfall management tools, specifically Jira and MS Project.
- Exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking, and dispute resolution skills.
Employment Terms & Compensation
- Work Setup: 100% Remote / Work from Home.
- Joining Timelines: Immediate Joiners only.
- Compensation: Up to 25,000 AED per month (Fixed, all inclusive monthly rate).
- Contractual Note: This is a remote consultant/contractual engagement. Company visa sponsorship and medical insurance are not provided.
