Your key responsibilities will include
- Own the delivery of multiple technology projects across the Plans Portfolio.
- Ensure all governance, RAID management, planning and reporting align with CTS/organisation frameworks.
- Copilot extensions and integrations
- Development of internal chatbot and digital assistant concepts.
- A strong understanding of emerging tech, AI capabilities, or modern digital platforms will be highly beneficial.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across business units, engineering, architecture, vendors, PMO and senior leadership.
- Provide line‑management support and coordinate cross‑functional project teams.
What you will bring to the role
Experience delivering AI‑related or emerging‑tech projects.
Background within regulated or financial services environments.
Experience delivering end‑to‑end IT projects within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Strong capability in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change.
Solid understanding of modern technology delivery, digital tools, and next‑gen platforms.
Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Planner, SharePoint, and Teams.
