Senior IT Programme & Transformation Manager

To bring senior level leadership to transformational change programmes in excess of 3 years duration, leading successful design and delivery (in excess of £30m in budget), through the establishment and successful deployment and operation of complex Programme structures, vision, resources, finances, governance, supplier performance, IT co-ordination, risk management and benefit realisation; working in partnership with the Business Lead.

• Demonstrable and extensive track record in leading transformational programmes, specifically GI policy administration re-engineering.

• Extensive track record in working at Executive and Board Level to deliver complex programmes. • Experience of leading and motivating a cross functional teams including external suppliers.

• Track record of making key/significant business decisions with successful outcomes.

• Successful track record of leading and integrating complex activities and managing dependencies and multiple senior stakeholders.

• Experience of budgetary process, expenditure tracking and reporting.

This role is a Level 6S which includes an annual bonus of up to 33%, car allowance, private medical insurance family cover and 28 days holiday
