Role overview
Hack The Box is hiring a Senior IT Platform Engineer for its internal platform function.
The role owns and evolves enterprise platforms that support a globally distributed company of more than 300 people.
The position is an engineering role rather than a helpdesk role.
Location and work mode
- Fully remote work is available across Europe, with relocation support for candidates moving to the Athens Tech Hub.
- Candidates within 55 km of the Athens office in Greece follow a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days.
- Candidates in Greece beyond that radius can work fully remotely.
- The posting also mentions one month of work from anywhere.
Core responsibilities
- Engineer, integrate, and operate the internal platform stack across identity, email, endpoints, security, SaaS, and AI tooling.
- Administer Okta, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA policies, and lifecycle automation.
- Own Google Workspace administration, email security, DLP, shared-drive governance, and Google Vault.
- Operate a centralized LLM gateway with usage tracking, cost controls, rate limiting, and audit logging.
- Manage Jamf Pro and Intune endpoint fleets, including patching, application deployment, compliance, and encryption.
