Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• IT Ops Infra Analyst will be responsible for :
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and support the Azure resources ensuring best practices for scalability, availability, and security.
• Provisioning, monitoring & maintaining the Azure Virtual Desktop services.
• Troubleshoot, resolve & escalate (if required) any incidents related to Azure services, network connectivity, and resource utilization pro-actively.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies
• Conduct regular security assessments and Implement patches & vulnerability mitigation
• Optimize Azure resource usage to minimize costs while maintaining performance
• Maintain detailed documentation of Azure infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
• Provide telephony support to the US based users as and when required.
