Job Summary
Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and day-to-day technology operations across the organization.
Maintain reliable and secure IT systems, provide advanced technical support, manage Microsoft technologies and infrastructure, coordinate technology vendors, and improve IT operations.
IT Operations and Infrastructure
- Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints, and related systems.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Active Directory environments.
- Manage endpoint devices, user accounts, access, and IT assets.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and infrastructure health.
- Troubleshoot complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues.
Security, Continuity, and Support
- Support backup, recovery, data protection, and business continuity processes.
- Support cybersecurity, vulnerability management, access controls, and information security practices.
- Manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, devices, and access.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, asset records, and IT knowledge resources.
