Senior IT Operations Manager

We are looking for a **Senior IT Operations Manager** who can take full ownership of our IT infrastructure, systems reliability, and operational performance.

This is not a routine support role—you will be responsible for shaping how our entire technology ecosystem runs, scales, and evolves.

You will lead IT operations across servers, networks, cloud environments, and internal systems, ensuring maximum uptime, security, and efficiency.

You are the person who ensures everything “just works”—and when it doesn’t, you fix it fast and permanently.

Oversee servers, networks, cloud platforms, and internal systems to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.

Manage daily IT operations, incident response, and service desk performance with strong SLA/KPI accountability.

Lead and mentor IT support engineers, system administrators, and technical staff to build a high-performing operations team.

Implement cybersecurity frameworks, access control policies, and system monitoring to protect company infrastructure.

Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure or similar), optimize costs, and improve system performance through automation and best practices.

Work with external vendors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless technology delivery.

8–12+ years in IT operations, infrastructure management, or systems administration, including leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, servers, virtualization, and IT security practices.

Proven experience managing technical teams and driving operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, and service delivery best practices.
