Role Overview
The employer is a PCI DSS Level 1 payment-orchestration platform hiring a Senior IT Operations Engineer based at its Dubai office.
The role owns endpoint strategy and identity lifecycle in a PCI DSS v4.1-regulated fintech environment.
The position has a potential IT Operations team lead trajectory within the first year for candidates demonstrating technical ownership and operational maturity.
Responsibilities
- Own procurement, provisioning, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning across macOS and Windows device fleets.
- Administer and optimize Kandji MDM with custom profiles, automated deployments, and compliance policies.
- Design identity lifecycle workflows integrating Google Workspace, SCIM provisioning, and SSO/SAML configurations.
- Build automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows using APIs, scripting, and integration platforms.
- Lead office build-outs, network deployments, access control systems, and cloud service integration projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or endpoint engineering.
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise MDM solution, such as Kandji, Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune.
