Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview

Project Delivery

• Contribute to end-to-end IT project delivery from planning through execution.
• Deliver projects within a project management framework using best practices.
• Coordinate with service delivery and support teams for transition into business-as-usual operations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation, change logs, and project records.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and uphold quality, security, and customer experience standards.

Microsoft and Cloud Delivery

• Implement and deploy Microsoft 365 services including Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, and Purview.
• Manage email and tenant migrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange On-Premises, and Azure.
• Configure and deploy Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Teams Calling.
• Deliver Azure and on-premises infrastructure builds covering servers, storage, networking, and Active Directory.

Identity and Security

• Review, improve, and govern Entra ID environments, including identity structure, access controls, Conditional Access, and role-based access management.
• Build and deploy Windows Defender Application Control, Identity Governance, and Global Secure Access solutions.
• Support Identity Governance, PKI, and certificate management functions.
• Configure backup and recovery solutions and perform operating system hardening and remediation activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong technical background in IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, Purview, Azure, and related workplace technologies.
• Experience with migrations, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Teams Calling, Entra ID, and identity security controls.
• Experience delivering Azure and on-premises infrastructure builds, including servers, storage, networking, and Active Directory.
• Microsoft certifications are required.
