Al Ghaith Group seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support IT infrastructure across multiple business entities in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, network infrastructure, CCTV systems, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Servers, Virtual Servers, and Active Directory
- Administer network infrastructure, firewalls, Wi Fi, and internet connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems
- Manage Microsoft 365, email systems, and user accounts
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and security monitoring
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage websites and coordinate with third party vendors
- Support IP Telephone Systems (Avaya / Grandstream)
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime
- Manage IT assets, procurement, and software licensing
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in IT Infrastructure and System Administration
- Strong hands on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, Microsoft 365, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper V), Network Infrastructure & Firewalls, CCTV Systems, Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Experience supporting multiple business locations is highly preferred
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
