About the Role
Xedos Technologies seeks an experienced Senior IT Engineer to lead client IT infrastructure deployments, manage complex technical issues, and support managed services. The role requires strong hands-on experience with networking, servers, virtualization, Microsoft technologies, and ELV solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, WiFi, access points, and firewalls
- Configure and maintain servers, virtualization environments, storage, backup, and NAS solutions
- Deploy and support Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
- Lead new office IT setup projects including infrastructure planning and implementation
- Install and support CCTV, access control, biometric, and other ELV solutions
- Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues efficiently
- Conduct IT assessments and recommend suitable solutions to clients
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the support team
- Maintain documentation, best practices, and preventive maintenance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of UAE experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and network engineering
- Strong hands on experience with networking, firewalls, servers, virtualization, and Microsoft technologies
- Experience with backup solutions, NAS, and cybersecurity solutions
- Ability to independently manage projects and client environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client facing skills
- UAE Driving License is preferred
