Department
Work within Global Account Management and Core Banking Technology supporting the US banking landscape.
Collaborate with teams in the United States, Netherlands, Belgium, India, and the Philippines.
Partner with business users, operations teams, product specialists, vendors, and technology teams.
Platform Operations and Engineering
- Provide L2/L3 production support and investigate incidents through root cause analysis.
- Support releases, deployments, change management, monitoring, operational readiness, and major incident management.
- Maintain runbooks and coordinate resolution across application, database, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams.
- Support account management, banking products, payments, settlement, and related operational workflows.
Technical Engineering and Improvement
- Perform SQL-based investigations across application logs, databases, interfaces, and transaction flows.
- Support Linux-based application environments and troubleshoot REST API, SOAP, and integration issues.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, operational controls, supportability, efficiency, documentation, and automation.
- Contribute to payment modernization initiatives, including real-time payment capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant IT engineering, application operations, or production support experience.
- Experience with regulated enterprises, business-critical applications, SQL, Linux or Unix, incident management, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, independent working, and production-priority management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking or financial services technology experience.
- Experience with transaction processing, banking operations, payment processing, settlement services, end-of-day activities, and operational controls.
- Experience with Finacle, Temenos, FLEXCUBE, FIS, Fiserv, Oracle, JavaScript or scripting, regulatory reporting, or Azure DevOps.
Compensation
- Hourly rate is USD 79–102.
