At least five years’ experience within End User Computing, desktop support or a similar role in a medium or large organisation.
Strong experience across EUC technologies including Windows devices, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, endpoint management, mobile device management, virtualisation and networking.
At least three years’ experience with image design and deployment technologies.
At least three years’ experience with Microsoft and third-party patching technologies.
Some experience contributing to platform or solution design.
Experience coordinating EUC Engineers, suppliers or managed service providers.
Experience supporting configuration management, vulnerability remediation, patching and compliance reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving ability.
Experience working within a professional, service-focused IT environment.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Flexibility to travel nationwide and support out-of-hours activity where required.
