Senior IT Developer

• Application Development and Support Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications supporting internal business functio n. Analyze systems and implement new applications or enhancements . Write, test, and debug code following development standards . Maintain system documentation and build integrations or specialized programs . Support maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshoot system issues .

• Systems Analysis and Implementation Analyze system capabilities, data inputs/outputs, and processing requirements. Develop implementation plans and prepare operating and support documentation. Recommend improvements to development standards and system processes.

• Business Collaboration Partner with business teams to gather and document requirements. Lead discovery sessions and translate technical solutions for business users. Provide user support and training.
