Senior iOS/Android Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Android Software Engineer to join a small, product-focused team building a consumer fintech mobile app. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ship meaningful features that directly impact users' financial lives.

Design, implement, and maintain the core Android application.

Help build and scale platform-level architecture and infrastructure.

Contribute to product design decisions and overall direction.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Android engineers.

At least 5 years of mobile app development experience, with 2 or more years shipping production Android apps professionally.

At least 3 years of experience working in a startup environment.

Strong Kotlin expertise, including Jetpack Compose and modern architecture patterns (MVVM or Clean Architecture).

Experience with backend data formats and APIs common in mobile: protobufs, REST, and gRPC .

Hands-on experience integrating Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore or Realtime Database, and Cloud Messaging.
