Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing investors and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify, approach, and engage new investors across global markets.
- Develop and deliver investment presentations, proposals, and materials for diverse investor audiences.
- Own investor outreach, follow-ups, and capital commitment processes throughout the fundraising lifecycle.
- Provide timely and accurate investor reporting to maintain transparency and trust.
- Design capital solutions aligned with investor needs and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to structure investment products and offerings.
- Analyze investor trends, preferences, and capital flows to recommend fundraising strategies.
- Support transactions with investor insights, fundraising assistance, due diligence, financial modeling, and investment materials.
- Research global and regional capital markets, competitor fundraising activity, and new investor segments.
- Build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Represent the firm externally and support investor monitoring and exit communication.

Requirements
- Ability to manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to lead investor outreach, fundraising activity, and capital commitment processes.
- Ability to contribute to due diligence, financial modeling, and investment materials.
- Ability to research global and regional capital markets, investor trends, and competitor fundraising activity.
- Ability to communicate investment opportunities, reporting, returns, and transaction updates clearly to investors.
