Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and analytical **Senior Investment Manager** to lead investment strategies, oversee portfolio performance, and drive growth across multiple sectors.
This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
The Senior Investment Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s investment vision and ensuring sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on potential opportunities.
- Manage and monitor investment portfolios, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Oversee risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in investment management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing diverse investment portfolios successfully.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Qatar’s financial markets and global investment trends.
- CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
